Required services

AcessoriesService: provides remote access to USB accessories connected to a device;

AuthenticationService: provides a web services API to remotely manage a set of agent authentication records;

AuthorizationService: provides a web services API to remotely manage an authorization agent proxy;

UIConfigurationService: provides a high-level overview of the usage model and configuration aspects of OXPd;

DeviceInfoService: it gets the information related to Device Id provided by the manufacturer (OXPd accounting);

StatisticsService: statistics regarding all the job performed (OXPd accounting);

QuotaService: service necessary for the operation of the Quota on Copies.

To validate that the services are available and active on the equipment, follow these steps:

1. Access the equipment through a browser as shown in the examples

2. Check if the services are in the xml file

SNMPv1, v2 and v3 enabled and configured on the device

Create user SA with sysadmin rights

SQL language and the language of the user who creates the database must be in English.

Important: Check the status of the Auto Close parameter setting. If there is a database that will be used by NDD Print MF HP, the parameter must be set to FALSE.
