In this article, you will learn how to change the functionalities and/or properties of printers added to NDD Print MF HP.
What can be changed

The administration password?
-
HP card reader information

The SNMP profile
-
Releaser and/or Quota features on copies
-
Future Smart version (FS3 or FS4/FS5)

The type of profile (access control)
Change password, reader or SNMP profile information
Simply modify the desired information and click Apply.
Change features, Future Smart version or Profile
Before you start

Make sure Add a printer in the NDD Print Releaser, if you activate the Releaser functionality (secure document release).

Make sure to configure the Quotas in NDD Print Portal 360 if you activate the Controlled Copy functionality.

Make sure Configuring the Profile (access control) of HP printers if you change the profile to Device control.

Click on Change settings

Change the desired options and click Next

Wait for the wizard to finish and click Finish
