NDD Print Client/Collector HP Workpath - 5.3.3

Released on April 23, 2026

Improvements

Update to the HP Workpath application deployment model

With the evolution of the HP Workpath platform (starting with FutureSmart firmware version 5.9.2.2 or higher), the application distribution model has been updated and is no longer dependent solely on the HP Command Center (HPCC) store. With this change, the concept of self-distribution is now adopted, whereby applications are distributed directly through their own channels, without the requirement to use the store.

In addition, application packages (.HPK) are now made available in internal repositories (resources), facilitating version control and application lifecycle management.

NDD Print MF HP - 5.31.6

Released on April 15, 2026

Fixes

Automatic email generated incorrectly during the authentication process

How did the problem happen?

In some cases, the email address sent to the printer was generated incorrectly. As a result, some users received an invalid email during the authentication process, particularly when the environment used domains other than the most common Brazilian default.

When did the problem occur?

The issue occurred during the authentication flow when the user's profile did not contain a valid email address. In such cases, the system attempted to automatically generate the email address based on the user's login.

What was done to fix it?

The way the system automatically generates user email addresses has been adjusted to correctly reflect the domain used in each environment. As a result, the authentication process is now more reliable and compatible with different types of domains, including international scenarios and customized corporate domains.

NDD Print Client Canon ALP - 5.0.0

Released on April 10, 2026

New features

User Authentication

The new feature allows users to authenticate on devices using methods compatible with the solution, such as PIN, secure PIN, username and password, and card.

The main menu screen of the NDD Print Client Canon ALP displays the features compatible with the first version of the Canon Client. New features will be added and displayed in this same menu as they are implemented..

Function for pending and saved documents

You can now manage draft documents and saved documents directly on the device. This allows you to perform the following actions on draft documents:

  • Print, save, save and print, or delete documents

  • Select multiple documents to perform actions

  • View document properties

  • Convert documents to mono or duplex

  • Set the number of copies to print

Improvements have been made to the print results screen of the NDD Print Client Canon ALP. These changes are intended to ensure consistent display of print information and proper handling of various scenarios, such as:

  • Error and timeout messages

  • Correct display of documents after multiple print jobs

  • Clear messages indicating successful operations

  • Display of properties for processed documents

Environmental Impact Information

You can display information about the environmental impact of printing. This allows users to view information related to the environmental impact of their printing in the solution menu.

NDD Print Embedded Configuration Tool (ECT) – 1.11.0

Released on April 10, 2026

New features

Allow installation of an embedded solution on Canon ALP devices

You can now install the NDD Print Client Canon using the NDD Print Embedded Configuration Tool (ECT).

When using the NDD Print ECT, NDD’s embedded solution is installed directly on the Canon device, eliminating the need for manual configuration on the device.

Allow data logging on Pantum and Kyocera equipment

The new feature allows the collection of data on printing, copying, scanning, and incoming faxes directly from Pantum and Kyocera equipment. When configuring the equipment using NDD Print ECT, this information is automatically collected, allowing for subsequent analysis and the provision of accounting data for these operations, thereby providing greater control and visibility over device usage.

NDD Print Client e Collector Pantum - 5.1.0

Released on April 9, 2026

New features

New NDD Print Client and Collector for Pantum

The NDD Print Client Pantum is software designed to manage NDD-certified Pantum printers, working in conjunction with the other components of the NDD Print solution to ensure security and efficiency in the printing environment.

Management is achieved through access control to the equipment, allowing only authorized users to print.

In addition, the module monitors the devices, collecting and sending printer information to the server, where it is made available in reports that facilitate the administration of the environment.

Among the data collected, the following stand out:

  • Job accounting information (printing, copying, scanning, and faxing);

  • Data on printer counters and supplies.

See the list of compatible models: Pantum

NDD Print Client Kyocera - 5.8.0

Released on April 9, 2026

Improvements

Contingency Mode

A contingency mode has been implemented to ensure the continuity of basic printer operations in the event of a loss of communication with the server. In this situation, authentication allows access only to the printer’s native functions (Copy, Email, Scan, and Fax).

Expansion of supported languages

New languages have been added to the interface, including Italian, French, German, and Catalan.

Display of environmental impact metrics

Environmental impact metrics, such as paper and energy consumption, are now displayed directly on the device interface, providing greater visibility into resource usage and encouraging more sustainable practices.

Control over changing copy quantities during release

A configuration has been included that allows you to enable or disable changing the quantity of copies when releasing held documents, ensuring greater control over print volume and preventing waste.

Secure communication via HTTPS between modules

Secure communication via HTTPS (SSL) has been implemented between NDD Print modules, including NDD Print Host, NDD Print Releaser, and communication between ECT and the Kyocera NDD Print Client, enhancing data exchange safety and requiring proper infrastructure validation.

Embedded Configuration Tool (ECT)

The installation of the NDD Client Kyocera modules continues to be performed manually via the printer’s web interface, as per documentation.
