IMPROVEMENT | Improvements to traces for troubleshooting

We have enhanced the solution's traces to improve the traceability of work shifts and facilitate the analysis and diagnosis of problems.

FIX | Active Directory users are not authorized to print

Users registered through Active Directory (AD) might not have been authorized when attempting to release documents for printing on the NDD Print MF Konica.

We have adjusted the authentication and authorization process to ensure that NDD Print and Active Directory users can release documents in accordance with their configured permissions.

APPROVAL | Printers certified for the equipment's scanning features

Printers certified for scanning features, including “Scan to Folder” and “Scan to My Email”:

IMPROVEMENT | Improvements to Physical Authentication

We have standardized messages and icons for physical authentication to support multiple identification methods (card, biometrics, facial recognition, barcode, etc.), replacing specific references to cards with generic terms based on identifiers.

FIX | Monochrome and duplex printing configurations not being applied on Brother printers

The monochrome and duplex printing configurations defined in NDD Print Releaser might not be applied when releasing documents to Brother printers. Additionally, these options appeared unchecked in the advanced printing configurations.

We have adjusted the release workflow so that the preselected configurations are applied correctly and displayed as defined in the Releaser, while respecting the printer’s compatibility and settings.

NEW | Support for additional paper sizes in Releaser Web and a new file upload workflow

NDD Print Releaser Web now supports additional paper sizes, such as A3, A4, A5, B4, and B5, among others. The paper size is identified based on the configuration previously set in the sent file.

A new file upload workflow is also available, which requires NDD Print Releaser version 5.31.5 or higher. For more information, visit Releaser Web Prerequisites.

IMPROVEMENT | Improvements to NDD Print Releaser for documents sent via NDD Print 360 Mobile

We have improved the process in NDD Print Releaser for holding and releasing documents sent via NDD Print 360 Mobile, expanding compatibility with the print settings selected in the app.

This improvement is applied automatically after installing or updating the product, with no additional configuration required.

FIX | Error configuring SNMP properties when adding printers

When adding a printer in the NDD Print Releaser and manually configuring the SNMP properties, an error message might appear, preventing the process from completing.

We have adjusted the communication during the configuration of the SNMP properties, allowing the printer to be added correctly.

FIX | Printing is being canceled for printers not yet registered with NDD Print Releaser

At stations with local hold, a print job could be canceled when sent to a printer that had not yet been registered in NDD Print Releaser, even with automatic registration enabled.

We have adjusted the workflow so that the printer is automatically registered in NDD Print Releaser and the document proceeds normally through the hold and release process.

FIX | Error message when creating print groups

When creating a new print group in NDD Print Releaser, an error message might appear at the end of the process.

We have adjusted the print group creation process to ensure it completes correctly, without the error message being displayed incorrectly.

FIX | Domain configured in NDD Print MF Epson not retained after restart

The domain configured in NDD Print MF Epson could revert to the default value after the service was restarted, causing accounting entries to be assigned to the Epson domain.

We have adjusted the way settings are loaded to ensure that the defined domain is preserved and applied correctly after the service is restarted.
