The NDD Print Client Canon is designed to securely manage NDD-approved Canon devices, offering the following features:

Controls access to documents stored on the server or to the device's native functions.

Allows the release of held documents after access credentials have been validated.

Overview of the NDD Print Client Canon
The Canon NDD Print Client is installed directly on the printer to control user access through authentication and allow the release of held documents.
1. Disk Space Information
Here you can view the disk space information configured for the user.
2. Information about quota balances
Here you can view the user's available quota balance.
3. Multifunctional Access
Here, the user can access the printer's built-in options.
4. Pending documents
For pending documents, it will be possible to approve them.
5. Saved Documents
These documents will remain available until the user deletes them.
6. Add Quotas
Here you can add quotas to your jobs directly on the printer screen, without having to access specific terminals or administrators.
7. Server
Here you can print, save, or delete documents sent to other servers. When you select a remote server, the Canon NDD Print Client uses the settings of the selected NDD Print Releaser server, including space quotas, public and shared documents, and active permissions.
The option to switch the view to another server will be available only when the Site Trust relationship in NDD Print Releaser is active and configured.
