Inventory report for installed products

User prerequisites:

Master Administrator Permission or

Administrator Permission

Process prerequisites:

This report allows you to view all print agents that have sent data to the server. Information about: Name (of the machine), IP, Product, Version, S.O. and Last access date will be displayed.

To view the report > view Reports > menu Inventories > Installed products        

The report generation wizard will display the filters:

Report options:

Generate now;

Schedule: In this case it is possible to configure how often the report will be generated, as well as the users who should receive it.

Filters:

No filter: It allows you to generate the report without limiting the data;

Computer: It allows you to view only the selected computer information;

Printer: It allows you to view only the selected printer information;

Product: It allows you to filter on the report only the computers where the selected product is installed.

Show all: In this case, the information for all products will be listed, regardless of whether they are active or inactive;

Show inactive only: It allows you to view only the information of inactive products;

Show only active: It allows you to view only active product information;

Order:

Order by: It allows you to sort the report information by "Name", "Product" or "Date".
