Description

Title

In this filter must be informed a value that makes it possible to identify by title in which document the policy should be applied.

Application

It allows to select in which type of file (Word, Excel, PDF ...), the policy will be applied.

Total Pages

In this filter it is possible to define the number of pages of the document in which the policy should be applied, according to the available parameters: "Equal", "Greater than", "Greater than or equal to", "Less than", "Less than or equal to" or "Range".

Duplex

It allows you to configure whether or not the policy will be applied to duplex documents.

Color

It allows you to configure for the policy to be applied to documents with only a "Monochrome" or "Color".

Paper Size

This filter allows you to set the paper size which will have the policy applied.

Quality

In this filter you can define whether the policy will be applied when the print quality is "Equal" or "Different" from the selected quality.

Hour

In this filter you can set a time for the policy to be applied.

File size

In this filter the file size that will have the policy applied must be configured, being able to be "Greater than", or "Less than" the size configured in bytes.

Cost

It allows you to configure the cost of printing in which the policy should be applied, according to the available parameters: "Equal", "Greater than", "Greater than or equal to", "Less than", "Less than or equal to" or "Range".

Day of the week

In this filter it is possible to configure in which day(s) the policy will be applied or ignored, according to the parameter used, being:

Equal: Will be applied on only one day of the week;

Different: Will be ignored only on a day of the week;

Range: Will be applied on a range of days of the week.
