If the logged-in user is not manager of any account, the reports will display only the user print jobs data.
Process prerequisites:
None
This report allows you to view all print data that has been blocked by policies in the print agent modules.
To view the report > view Reports > menu Jobs > locate Economy > Blocked printings
The report generation wizard will display the filters:
Date interval: This range allows you to delimit the information that will be displayed in the report.
Filter entire days: When enabled, it is not necessary to enter time in the Start Date and End Date fields.
Start date;
End date.
Blocking filter selection:
Policy: It allows you to filter only the information for a specific policy;
Type of cancellation: It allows you to filter information according to the cancellation type made.
Cancel by the software;
Cancel by the user.
Advanced filter:
User: It allows you to view only the selected user information;
Printer: It allows you to view only the selected printer information;
Account: It allows you to generate the report only from a specific account;
Site: It allows you to generate the report only from a specific site;
Order:
Order by: It allows you to sort the report information by "Alphabetical", "Page Volume" or "Cost" order;
Classification: It allows you to the list information as "Ascending" or "Descending".
