Add quotas to the user

User prerequisites:

Master Administrator Permission or

Administrator Permission

Process prerequisites:

Quota control must be enabled and

Account type must be configured by users

To add quotas to the user > view Users > menu Users > on the list select the user that will receive the quota > action Open > tab Quotas > locate Balance of quotas > click on + Add credit

Enter the required data, according to quota control unit, considering:

  • Quota for private use: When enabled, only jobs assigned as "Private" by users will be discounted from this quota.

This option is available only when the print finality is corporate and private.

  • Pages

    • Number of pages

  • Color

    • Number of mono pages

    • Number of color pages

  • Currency

    • Credit amount

The configuration limits are:

Pages: 70,000

Color: 70,000 color/70,000 mono

Currency: 7,000

For other values, you can set up weekly or daily recurrences. You can also use the standard rule for assigning quotas.

  • Expire credit: It allows delimiting the time that this quota will be available to the user.

  • Identification code: When informed, it can be viewed through the quota statement report, as the description of the quota.

This option is available only if the additional quotas identification is active.

Actions on quotas will not be available to users logged in as a provider.
