Generate PIN and Secure PIN by domain/group

User prerequisites:

Master Administrator Permission or

Administrator Permission

Process prerequisites:

None

In NDD Print 360 you can generate PIN and Secure PIN automatically for users in a domain and/or group.

This option will be unavailable if the PIN code setting is set to Automatic PIN renewal.

To generate PIN and Secure PIN codes for users of a Domain

  1. Access view Users

  2. menu Domains

  3. on the list, select the domain

  4. action Generate PIN

To generate PIN and Secure PIN codes for users of a Group

  1. Access view Users

  2. menu Groups

  3. on the list, select the group

  4. action Generate PIN

Enter the necessary data, considering:

  • PIN code:

    • Number of digits;

    • Generate PIN code only for users who do not have registered codes.

  • Secure PIN code:

    • Number of digits;

    • Generate secure PIN code only for users who do not have registered codes.

  • Send email to users about generated code:

    • Customize the email to be sent.

Emails will only be sent to users who have a registered address.
