Quotas are part of a set of features designed to control and optimize the use of printing resources, and can be managed by users, printers, or shared (accounts).
In summary, the following options are available:
-
No printing restrictions: When informational (non-blocking) quotas are in place, users will see information about their quota and can print normally, even after reaching the quota limit.
-
Printing blocked: When the quota limit is reached and new prints are restricted, users will be prevented from continuing.

Quota Configuration
The quota feature is configured exclusively through the NDD Print Portal 360, while the NDD Print Client Canon is responsible for providing notifications and blocking access.
