Required Configuration

  1. Access the printer's web page

  2. Click Settings/Registration and access Management Settings

  3. In Management Settings, select:

    • User Management > Department ID Management

  4. Under Department ID Management, change the option to Off

  5. Restart the printer so that the new configuration takes effect.

This configuration is required for the application to log in to the device correctly.
