Installation of the NDD Print Client Canon

In this article, you will learn how to perform the installation of the NDD Print Client Canon online.

Installation

1. Install NDD Print Embedded Configuration Tool - ECT

   ECT is typically installed on the same server as the NDD Print Suite modules. However, since its sole function is to install and send configurations to Canon equipment, there is no need to install it on a server.

2. Open the NDD Print Embedded Configuration Tool - ECT and select the manufacturer ‘Canon’

3. Select the desired platform from ALP and MEAP

4. Select Management and check the Install option

5. Please enter the information below:

   1. Single Printer

      1. Address: Enter the IP address of the printer on which the NDD Print Client Canon will be installed

      2. Username: Printer administrator user information

      3. Password: Enter the printer administrator password

   2. Import

      1. Click the Import file button to select the NDD Print Client Canon installation file you uploaded.

6. After entering the required data and selecting the installation file, click Send to Printers to begin the installation process for the NDD Print Client Canon
