After installation and configuration, the NDD Print Client Collector Pantum begins monitoring all events related to jobs performed on the device, including printing, copying, and scanning.
Note:
For the Collector to function properly, you must install the updated driver, available on the downloads page, along with the NDD Print Client Pantum package.
At intervals set by the administrator, the collected data is automatically sent to the NDD Print Host server or to the Data Center in the predetermined format:

.NPL files: These files contain a log of the tasks performed on the device (printing, copying, and scanning). These files can be sent to either the host server or the data center.
To monitor data related to copying and scanning jobs, authentication must be properly configured.
