To configure the NDD Print Client Collector Pantum, follow these steps:
Configure the NDD Print Client Collector Pantum
Before you begin

Make sure you have the NDD Print Client Pantum installed on the device.
Below are the steps for configuring data collection on Pantum devices

Open NDD Print ECT (Embedded Configuration Tool)

Select the manufacturer Pantum

Select the Configure option

In the “Single Printer” section, enter the IP address or hostname of the device you want to configure

When you enable the NDD Print Client Collector option, the following options will be displayed:

After enabling this feature, fill in the following fields:

Default Domain
Enter the default domain to which jobs without a specified domain will be assigned. -
Sending Time
Set the interval (in hours) at which data collected by the NDD Print Client Collector is sent to the server (NDD Print Host or Data Center, depending on the configuration). -
Server Address
Enter the address (IP or hostname) of the destination server.-
To send data to the Data Center, use, for example: wsembedded.nddprint.com

Enterprise Key (see note below)
Enter the key provided by the NDD sales department.

The “Enterprise Key” field will appear only when the MPS/360 option is selected. If the selected option is Host, the field will not appear.

Select the types of jobs for which data will be collected:

Printings
-
Copies
-
Scans
-

Click “Send to printers” to apply the settings
Due to limitations in the manufacturer's SDK, sending copy and scan jobs requires that the NDD Print Host IP address be configured. To do this, the ‘NDD Print Client’ option must be enabled in Enabled Modules.
