Enable Logs for NDD Print Client Pantum

Retrieving logs from Pantum equipment

Logs are essential for analyzing how the component works.

To access them, follow the steps below:

  1. Access the browser of your choice.

  2. Enter the following address, replacing {$printerip} with your printer's IP address:
    https://{$printerip}/Pedk1.log

  3. Press the Enter key and the download of the Pedk1.log file will start automatically.

Example:

If the printer's IP address is 192.168.10.10, use the following link to download the log:
https://192.168.10.10/Pedk1.log
