How to Install Microsoft Silverlight and Enable Internet Explorer Mode in Microsoft Edge

Microsoft Silverlight Installation Guide

Microsoft Silverlight is no longer available from Microsoft. To download it, access our NDD Resources platform:

1. Go to the Resources page and download the installer.

2. Run the downloaded file

3. During installation, uncheck the following options:

   • Make Bing my search engine

   • Make MSN my home page

4. Click Install Now to complete the installation.

Enable Internet Explorer mode

1. Open Microsoft Edge

2. In the upper-right corner, go to settings

3. Go to the Default Browser tab

4. Locate the option “Allow sites to be reload in Internet Explorer mode”

5. Change it to Allow

6. Under the Internet Explorer mode pages option, click Add a page

7. Add the link to the NDD Print Portal 360

8. Click Add

9. Restart Microsoft Edge to apply the changes
