How to force a new synchronisation?

If you do not want to wait for the next automatic attempt, you can:

  1. Access the business application in MS Entra ID.

  2. Go to the Provisioning section.

  3. Select the Restart provisioning option.

This action will cause Entra ID to try again to communicate with the ndd.id.scim API and resend users for synchronisation with NDD Print Portal 360.
