To follow the synchronisation process:

Access the business application in MS Entra ID.

In the side menu, select Provisioning logs.
In this area, you can view:

Processed users or groups
-
Operations performed
-
Errors or failures
-
Detailed information about each synchronisation attempt.
When you restart provisioning, Microsoft Entra ID communicates again with the ndd.id.scim API to check whether the object (user or group) already exists in the API database. If the objects are already linked in the API — that is, already registered in the NDD Print Portal 360 — they will be skipped (SKIP). Otherwise, the objects will be inserted into the NDD Print Portal 360.
