How can I check what's happening during provisioning?

To monitor the synchronization process:

  1. Access the enterprise app in Microsoft Entra ID.

  2. In the side menu, select Provisioning Logs.

In this section, you can view:

  • Processed users or groups

  • Operations performed

  • Errors or failures

  • Detailed information about each synchronization attempt.

When provisioning is restarted, Microsoft Entra ID communicates again with the ndd.id.scim API to verify whether the object (user or group) already exists in the API database. If the objects are already linked in the API—that is, already registered in NDD Print Portal 360—they will be skipped (SKIP). Otherwise, the objects will be added to NDD Print Portal 360.
