With the integration of Microsoft Entra ID domains into our solution, in addition to requiring a PIN registered in NDD Print Portal 360, you will need to link it to a user registered in the customer’s Microsoft Entra ID domain.
If the user already has a PIN registered in NDD Print Portal 360, simply associate the PIN with the user registered in the Microsoft Entra ID domain. Otherwise, you will need to create the PIN in NDD Print Portal 360.
An additional verification step will be required whenever the PIN link with the user registered in the configured Microsoft Entra ID domain needs to be renewed. The renewal interval will depend on the settings configured by the domain administrator.

PIN Creation - NDD Print Portal 360
Currently, there are three authentication methods available for our embedded solutions: Username and Password, PIN/Secure PIN, and Physical Token. However, when integrating the NDD Print solution with a Microsoft Entra ID domain, only the PIN/Secure PIN and Physical Token options will be available for authentication. It is worth noting that this is due to a Microsoft limitation imposed for security reasons.
The creation of the PIN on the NDD Print Portal 360 will remain unchanged and can be done in two ways:
Create/change the PIN code in your profile
The user must be authorized to set their own PIN. Otherwise, an administrator can change it under: Settings > Users > PIN.
Once you are logged in to the NDD Print Portal 360, go to:
-

-
My Settings menu
-
Locate Authentication
