Accounting allows the NDD Print Agent to collect information about jobs performed by users.
If you disable printer accounting, the printer will no longer be monitored; in other words, it will not display pop-ups to users when a print job is sent, it will not generate receipts, it will not deduct print quotas, and so on.
To access the administration interface:

Open Terminal (⌘ + Space → type Terminal)

Type the command: NDDPrintAgentAdmin

Enter
The user must be an administrator to save the settings.
To enable meter tracking for the printer

Go to the Printers side menu

Select the printer from the list

Click Properties
-
Check the Enable meter tracking option
