Opening the Troubleshooting Tool
To validate communication with NDD Print Releaser > tab NDD Print Releaser
Enter the required data:
Connection: Protocol used to communicate between modules in the environment;
Server address: The server network address where NDD Print Releaser is installed. If it is on the same machine, use IP 127.0.0.1;
Port: Communication port used by each protocol. It will automatically be filled with the default value when selecting a connection type, but can be changed if necessary;
Domain: User domain that will be used to validate the communication;
User: User login that will be used to validate the communication;
Search documents: It runs the communication test with NDD Print Releaser from the configured data, then displays the information of the retained documents;
Copy server return: It copies the data return by the server in JSON format to the clipboard, so they can be scanned if necessary.
