Configuring account pre-selection

Objective

To pre-select accounts in the NDD Print Agent when sending the document for secure print, so that the user does not have to make the selection on board.

Scenario

1. The user sends the document for retention (print group)

2. The account selection pop-up appears

3. The user selects the desired account

4. When the document is released on board, the account is already selected

Instructions

• Install the NDD Print Agent on the user workstations to display the account selection pop-up

• Create the accounts in NDD Print Portal 360 and activate the account selection option

• Enable Print Group monitoring in NDD Print Agent
