Failed to create group in NDD Print Releaser - Error code: 1753

Fail

When trying to create an NDD Print Releaser print group, the following error is displayed "The Endpoint Mapper has no more endpoints available. Code: 1753".

Cause

Windows Firewall service stopped or disabled.

Solution

  1. Enable the service

  2. Change startup to Automatic

  3. Restart the server
