To delete user quotas > view Users > on the list select the user > action Open > tab Quotas > locate Balance of quotas > click on Credit details > tab Credits > identify the credit to be excluded > Delete > Yes
IMPORTANT
This action is only available if the user has the necessary permissions.
Managers can only manage quotas that have been created by them.
