Uninstall process

Locate the application to be uninstalled

1. Select the desired printer;

2. Go to Applications > List apps;

3. Check the option Summary;

4. Click Run and wait until the list of installed apps is shown in the Log field;

5. Copy the Product ID or Product Name of the application to uninstall.

Uninstall application

1. Go to Applications > Uninstall;

2. Paste the Product ID or Product Name of application to uninstall;

3. Click Run;

4. Wait for the uninstallation process to finish.

Reverse the preparation

1. Select the desired printer;

2. Go to Device Settings

3. Select Set default;

4. Click Run;

5. Wait for the reverse process to finish.
