Accounting is not being carried out by the NDD Print Agent.
Cause
Permissions on directories and queues are not configured.
Solution
Configure the permissions as follows:
Folder: TPAR - Agent's working folder, where the monitoring log file is generated
Permissions:

Users - Modify permission

Administrator e System - Full permission
Folder: Printers - Folder where SPL and SHD files are generated by the system
Permissions:

Users - Modify permission

Administrator e System - Full permission
Print queue: For the driver to generate a file in the printers' folder of the spool with permissions accessible to the Agent
