Process Prerequisites:
The feature Print via Email must be active.
To configure the supported formats > menu Tools > Settings ... > tab Document sending > select the desired option > Apply > OK
Select the desired option, considering:
Portable Document Format - PDF: This option comes pre-selected by default;
Office files (.doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx);
Email body content: When enabled, the body content of the email will be retained for printing, if it does not contain compatible attachments.
