Process prerequisites
The network reader can be added in two ways: by performing a broadcast communication to get its data, in which case the reader needs to be online, or entering it's IP address and associating it with the printer, in a offline mode, without validating the settings.
To add a network reader that is online > side menu Network readers > action Add > TCP Converter device, provided by Elatec > enter it's IP address > Search Informations > Change Printer > select the printer that will be linked to this card > OK > Add
IMPORTANT
The TCP Adapter reader can only be added on offline mode.
To add a network reader that is offline > side menu Network readers > action Add > TCP Converter device, provided by Elatec > enter it's IP address > select the option Add offline reader (without validating the settings) > Change Printer > select the printer that will be linked to this card > OK > Add
