Add credits with a prepaid card

The prepaid cards allow you to make quotations available to users through a code, which when used works as a recharge, inserting the values acquired in NDD Print solutions. There are two ways to add prepaid card credits to the NDD Print Portal 360.

To add credits with a prepaid card > view Home > locate My balance > click on +Add credit with prepaid card > enter the code > Add & Close

To add credits with a prepaid card > view Users > menu Users > on the list select the user who wants to add the credit > action Open > tab Quotas > locate Balance of quotas > click on +Add credit with prepaid card > enter the code > Add & Close
