Since the shared quota feature is not available natively in the NDD Print Portal 360 Server interface, you must access it by directly modifying the browser URL.

User prerequisites:
Master Administrator Permission or
NDD Print Portal 360 Prerequisites:
NDDPrint Portal 360 - Server must be installed
You must be logged in to NDD Print Portal 360 - Server as a provider
The process involves forcing the configuration screen to appear by modifying the portal address:
To access Quotas > Settings > Quotas
Note the current URL in your browser:
http://[LOCAL_PORTAL_ADDRESS]/settings/quotas/
Change the end of the URL to:
http://[LOCAL_PORTAL_ADDRESS]/settings/quotas/edit-type
A new screen will appear with the quota type options. Select the Shared option to proceed with the desired configuration.
Note: In the shared quota mode, only users linked to an account have their jobs counted toward the quota. Users without an associated account will not have their quota deducted and, therefore, will not appear in the quota reports. However, their jobs will still be logged and can be viewed in the print job reports.
