Email configuration

For e-mail export to work, the server must be configured. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Open the tool

2. Click on E-mail Configuration

Email server

• Mail server address (SMTP protocol): enter the address of the mail server;

• Port: enter the port of the mail server address.

Authentication

• User: enter the user with permissions to access the mail server;

• Password: enter the password of the user with permissions to access the mail server;

• Use TLS/SSL authentication: check this option to use the TLS/SSL security protocols.

E-mail

• Source e-mail: enter the e-mail address of the sender;

• Recipient: enter the e-mail address that will receive the files;

• Always send a copy to: enter the e-mail address(es) that you want to send a copy.

Scheduling

Scheduling can be configured in three ways:

• Daily

• Weekly

• Monthly
