Using the tool

After opening the NDD Print Export NSL Tool, the NSL files captured by the NDD Print Host will be displayed.

You can use the Run monitoring now button to have the tool search for available NSL files.

Exporting files

You can export in two ways: by e-mail or by selecting a directory.

Export by e-mail

Before continuing, configure the e-mail

  1. With the tool open

  2. Click on Export files

  3. Select Send by E-mail

The tool sends 1MB files by e-mail

The default location for installing the tool is in the NDD Print Host folder:

C:\Program Files\NDDigital\nddPrint\Host\ExportNSL\nddPrint.Host.Tools.ExportNsl.exe

Schedule sending of files by e-mail

You can configure the sending schedule to do this:

  1. With the tool open

  2. Click on E-mail Configuration

  3. In the Scheduling section, configure the sending as you wish

    1. Daily

    2. Weekly

    3. Monthly

Export to a directory

  1. With the tool open

  2. Click on Export files

  3. Select Send to a directory

  4. Select the desired directory and click Save

Only administrator users can export to the directory
