This setting allows you to define the printer features that users can access after authenticating.

Access the equipment's web page, authenticate with administrative credentials and go to menu Security > Access control (e.g. image below):

In Sign-In and Permission Policies, make sure the items in the Guest column on the device have the lock icon;

In the Device User column, check only the features that users will have access to af-ter authenticating with the device;

Define the Control Panel login method and the features marked as NDD Print Client HP login method (column on the side).
