Permissions, Rights and Recommendations

Required items

Printer administrator account for application installation and configuration;

Always use the latest firmware version provided by the manufacturer;

SNMPv1, v2 and v3 feature active and configured:

  • SNMP community must have a configured name, being public by default;

Make sure that Domain and Authentication form are configured in NDD Print Host, as well as the equipment is correctly added in a printing group in NDD Print Releaser;

The printer administrator password must be configured, the field cannot be left empty. If it is changed, the printer must be removed and added again;

Always use the driver specific to each printer and compatible with the operating system.
