Change/Reset Access Password

ATTENTION

To reset the access password to the NDD Print Client Collector settings, request the configuration file from NDD support.

  1. Insert the USB stick (FAT32 format) with the configuration file on the device;

  2. Authenticate as an administrator on the device and click the NDD Print Client Collector icon;

  3. Enter the password to access the NDD Print Client Collector (default: 1111);

  4. Go to the Change password option;

  5. Set up the new password;

  6. Click Confirm to save.
