This guide intends to help you configure and use the document auditing functionality.
NDD Print Agent Auditing is only available for the Windows operating system.
How does document auditing work?
The NDD Print Auditing component converts printed documents into PDF format, allowing auditors to access them later.
Before you start

Make sure that the (Current-en) manual-nddprint-agent-novo NDD Print Agent Windows and Linux e o NDD Print Agent Auditing are installed on the computers you want to audit.
Activate Auditing

Open the NDD Print Agent

Go to the Settings menu

Click on Add

Enter the EnableAuditing setting and set its value to 1

Click on Save
To disable auditing, simply change the value of the key to 0.
Configure the folder for saving PDF files

Open the NDD Print Agent

Go to the Settings menu

Click on Add

Enter the AuditingFolder setting and fill in its value with the path where the files will be saved
The default setting is C:\Windows\Temp\Auditing

Click on Save
