Licensing

Below, you will learn about the types of licenses and how they work.

Demonstration licensing

• This license is used for product evaluation;

• It has a period of 30 days to expire;

• Extending the demo license is only possible by contacting NDD commercial department (assiscom@ndd.tech).

Production licensing

• This license is used for production environments;

• It has a period of days determined in the agreement;

• Renewal can be done in two ways:

Online

• The license update is performed daily, through our domain nddprint.com;

• The update is done automatically without the need for an administrator's intervention;

• The key does not expire, as the license is updated every day;

• If it is not possible to update the license online, the system switches to the offline format.

Offline

• Daily, the contracted days are decremented;

• For renewal, it is necessary for the system administrator to contact NDD commercial department (assiscom@ndd.tech);

• No need to wait for the days to end, the license can be renewed at any time;

• If the number of days ends, the system will be blocked and it will not be possible to access it.
