Why am I getting an error message when I try to release a document retained at the workstation?

The error message can be caused by the use of special characters in elements such as:

• Print queue name

• User information (name, e-mail, etc.)

• Title of documents sent for printing.

These special characters can corrupt the files required for processing by NDD Print Agent and NDD Print Releaser.
